Iyengar Yoga Retreat

Sarah Perron and Naghmeh Ahi

February 10 - 17, 2019

Join us for this February 10-17, 2019 for our fourth annual retreat in the beautiful Vida Asana School of Yoga! Enjoy four hours of yoga each day, relax by the pool, watch the skies for the colorful and sometimes loud bird life or walk along the black sand beaches. The schedule allows plenty of time for day trips, sight seeing, or receiving wonderful spa treatments offered by local practitioners.

All meals, rooms, and classes are included.

The retreat includes:

  • six morning asana classes and six evening restorative/ pranayama classes
  • three fresh vegetarian or pescatarian meals made with local mostly organic ingredients a day
  • free reign to wander the two acre property which has a pool, “sloth station” lounge, a restaurant and gardens.
